Help us to find Britain's Best Park.
The Sun, Horticulture Week, and Garden News and have teamed up with petrol lawnmower engine manufacturers Briggs & Stratton to celebrate Britain’s long tradition of providing well-tended green spaces in our towns and cities, by launching a competition to find Britain’s Best Park.

We want you to nominate the park that goes that extra mile, providing a safe, accessible, and attractive recreational environment.

Based on the following criteria, we want you to tell us why your local park should win.

Environment
Is your park such an attractive place to be? Are plants and trees well-tended? Do you feel safe there?

Access
Can everyone visit your park when they want to? Are there facilities for children, dog-walkers and wheelchair users? What are the opening hours?

Maintenance

How clean is your park? Are the lawns well-maintained?

Involvement
Is your park the centre of your community? How can people from all sections community make use of the space?
